Eén klik vanuit de e-mail opent een offerteformulier. Prijs, minimale afname, levertijd, notities - allemaal in de eigen workflow van het merk. Zij beoordelen en reageren in jullie gedeelde dashboardgesprek.

Monster + itereer
Als ze voor jou kiezen, verscheep je een monster. Upload voortgangsfoto's, geef commentaar op wijzigingen en keur revisies goed in een doorlopend gesprek. v1, v2, v3 worden allemaal bijgehouden.

Produceer + word betaald
Het merk betaalt via het platform (elke methode die Stripe ondersteunt - card, ACH, SEPA, overschrijving, BNPL). Je verplaatst de order via in_production → shipped → delivered in het dashboard. ONTHEBIAS neemt 0% van de order uit je uitbetaling, vrijgegeven bij elke mijlpaal zodra het merk heeft betaald. De betalingsverwerking wordt door het merk betaald bij het afrekenen.

What does ONTHEBIAS cost factories?+
ONTHEBIAS takes 0% of a manufacturing order or lab test once the brand has paid for it, deducted from your payout. Listing itself is free: no listing fee, no subscription, no charge for quoting, and nothing owed until money actually moves. The commission comes out of the order total rather than on top of it, so you never invoice it or pay it separately, and payment processing of about 3% is added at checkout and paid by the brand rather than taken out of what you receive. Fabric mills and dye houses are not charged a commission.
What kinds of brands are on the platform?+
Independent designers, emerging fashion brands, small-batch manufacturers, and a growing number of established houses. Most have a tech pack already generated through ONTHEBIAS before they reach out to factories.
Do I need a tech pack already drawn up to receive RFQs?+
No - the brand brings the tech pack. Every RFQ from ONTHEBIAS includes a downloadable PDF spec covering fabric, construction, finishing, and measurements so you can quote accurately.
How does ONTHEBIAS match factories to RFQs?+
Our AI ranks the 904 factories in the directory by garment type, target quantity, country preference, certifications, price tier, and lead time - then surfaces the top fits to the brand. The match rationale is shared in the RFQ email so you know why you got it.
How does payment work when I win an order?+
Stripe Connect Express runs the payout. Brands pay through the platform with milestone presets (100% advance, 50/50, 30/70) plus development-stage fees, fabric-in milestones, and multi-currency support. Each milestone releases to your connected bank account once the brand has paid it, less the 0% commission. Payment processing is paid by the brand at checkout and is never deducted from your payout.
How quickly should I respond to RFQs?+
Within 48 hours when possible. Faster responses correlate strongly with winning the order. Use the dashboard to send a quote, ask clarifying questions, or politely decline.
Can I add coworkers to my factory dashboard?+
Yes. From the Profile tab, invite your PM, sourcer, or accountant via email. Each gets their own magic-link to the same dashboard.
How do I get listed?+
If you're already in our directory you can request a magic-link at /supplier/claim. If not, fill out the application at /suppliers. A human reviews each application within 2 business days.
Will I be visible to all brands or only when I receive an RFQ?+
Approved factories appear in the brand-facing directory inside the app. Brands can browse, save, and send single-factory RFQs alongside the AI-matched ones.
Where is the platform based?+
ONTHEBIAS operates from San Francisco; the factory network is global.
