Nếu họ chọn bạn, bạn gửi một mẫu. Tải ảnh tiến độ, bình luận về thay đổi và duyệt các bản chỉnh sửa trong luồng trao đổi. v1, v2, v3 đều được theo dõi.

Sản xuất + nhận thanh toán
Thương hiệu thanh toán qua nền tảng (mọi phương thức Stripe hỗ trợ - thẻ, ACH, SEPA, chuyển khoản, BNPL). Bạn đưa đơn hàng qua in_production → shipped → delivered trên dashboard. ONTHEBIAS lấy 0% hoa hồng - bạn nhận 100% khi giao hàng. Phí xử lý thanh toán do thương hiệu trả khi thanh toán.

What does ONTHEBIAS cost factories?+
Nothing. No listing fee, no subscription, no commission on orders. You receive 100% of every order routed through ONTHEBIAS - payment processing is paid by the brand at checkout, never deducted from your payout. Price your quotes the same way you would direct.
What kinds of brands are on the platform?+
Independent designers, emerging fashion brands, small-batch manufacturers, and a growing number of established houses. Most have a tech pack already generated through OTB before they reach out to factories.
Do I need a tech pack already drawn up to receive RFQs?+
No - the brand brings the tech pack. Every RFQ from OTB includes a downloadable PDF spec covering fabric, construction, finishing, and measurements so you can quote accurately.
How does OTB match factories to RFQs?+
Our AI ranks the 904 factories in the directory by garment type, target quantity, country preference, certifications, price tier, and lead time - then surfaces the top fits to the brand. The match rationale is shared in the RFQ email so you know why you got it.
How does payment work when I win an order?+
Stripe Connect Express runs the payout. Brands pay through the platform with milestone presets (100% advance, 50/50, 30/70) plus development-stage fees, fabric-in milestones, and multi-currency support. You receive 100% of the order value - payment processing is paid by the brand at checkout, never deducted from your payout. Slope BNPL is available on the brand side for qualifying orders.
How quickly should I respond to RFQs?+
Within 48 hours when possible. Faster responses correlate strongly with winning the order. Use the dashboard to send a quote, ask clarifying questions, or politely decline.
Can I add coworkers to my factory dashboard?+
Yes. From the Profile tab, invite your PM, sourcer, or accountant via email. Each gets their own magic-link to the same dashboard.
How do I get listed?+
If you're already in our directory you can request a magic-link at /factory/claim. If not, fill out the application at /factory/signup. A human reviews each application within 2 business days.
Will I be visible to all brands or only when I receive an RFQ?+
Approved factories appear in the brand-facing directory inside the app. Brands can browse, save, and send single-factory RFQs alongside the AI-matched ones.
Where is the platform based?+
ONTHEBIAS, INC. is a Delaware corporation. The company operates from San Francisco; the factory network is global.
