How does ONTHEBIAS match mills to brands?+
Brands brief their fiber, weight band, certifications, MOQ tolerance, and region; the platform ranks mills whose listings fit. Your match rationale appears in every brand-side inquiry, so you know why you surfaced.
What happens after a brand reaches out?+
You receive an email with the brief and the brand's contact details. The relationship is yours from there - OTB doesn't sit between you and the brand. Send strike-offs, lab dips, samples, and quotes directly.
Do you take a cut of fabric orders?+
Zero. ONTHEBIAS takes 0% commission on fabric. The relationship and the order value stay 100% yours. We monetize via the design tools brands pay for, never by clipping the supply chain.
What certifications can I list?+
GOTS, OEKO-TEX, BLUESIGN, GRS, RWS, RDS, FSC, BCI, EU Ecolabel, LWG, C2C - all surface as filter chips for brands sourcing by sustainability requirements. Mills with quantified recycled-content or organic-content percentages surface first for brands with concrete targets.
How do I get listed?+
Application at /mill/signup - a human reviews each within 2 business days. If you're already in our seeded directory, claim an unverified listing at /mill/claim and edit your own profile (fiber categories, construction types, weight bands, certifications, MOQ tier, signature fabrics).
